Rules of Conduct:
1. There will be no use of alcohol before or during a game.
2. There will be no drug use, tobacco or cigarette use during games or at practices. Parents, smoking must be done behind the fence where the cars park or in your own personal vehicle.
3. Parents and players will refrain from degrading another player on the field, in the dugout and in the stands.
4. There will be no foul language used.
5. No player or parent will argue a call made by the umpire. The umpires make the calls. A ball is a ball and a strike is a strike.
6. No player will hit the ground with his/her bat or hit home plate when they are mad, nor will they throw their helmet into the dugout or on the ground. No player will damage or throw any equipment. This is grounds for removal from the game.
7. Any player that is removed from a game will not be allowed to participate in the next game without a meeting with the coaches, player, parents and the President of the league and the issue is dealt with.
8. No player or parent will argue with the coach, player or parent from another team.
9. All parents and players will conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful, beneficial and positive for the league and your team.
10. All players and parents will respect their coaches. They are the ones that know the rules and will keep you and your child from getting into trouble or from getting hurt. Please respect their decisions.
11. All players and parents are representing the Canon City Tigers Baseball Club and will be asked to represent themselves in such a manner that will reflect good sportsmanship of the league.
